Where are the toys located?

All Toys are located in Canberra, ready to ship. We DONT sell toys that are then shipped from somewhere else or overseas.

How long does it take for my order to be actioned?

All emails / sales  are monitored from 7am until 7pm daily. In most cases all orders will be actioned within the hour, and shipped before next Post (a bit after 3pm business days)

When will my order be shipped?

All orders with payments received before 3pm business days, will be shipped that business day! That means you can buy and pay for your toy up to 3pm, for same day dispatch!

Do you combine postage?

​

Absolutely! While the convenience of having your toy shipped to your door does cost, it doesn't have to be that much! Here at OzToyStore our postage is based on weight not number of toys, therefore, your shipping costs at checkout, will be the least possible, as we safely pack your toys togeather, and ship as cost effectively as possible.

What is the SHIPPING COSTS?

Our base rate is $7.50 for standard delivery $9.50 for express post for up to 500g. To give you an idea, in some cases you can add mulitple items and you will only be charged the base rate.

The best way to know exactly what you will be charged, just add the items to the cart, and it will tell you. You can always remove the items.

Our maximum rate is $19.95 for any order size and weight to anywhere in australia. This mean you can order 20 kilo's with your next door neighbour, and you will only be charged $19.95 for registered post included signature to your door!
